Breckenridge Wellness Clinic, LLC began serving the community in June 2026, bringing together healthcare experience, local roots, and a passion for personalized wellness.
Our clinic specializes in family healthcare with a particular focus on women’s and men’s health, hormone balance, weight management, and holistic wellness.
We believe healthcare should be a partnership. Rather than rushing through appointments, we take time to understand your concerns, discuss your options, and help you choose the health path that best fits your needs.
Meet Our Practitioner
Heather — Family Nurse Practitioner
Heather Breckenridge has been a registered nurse in Arizona 2011, with experience in the OR, ED, general bedside care, and six years as a Flight Nurse.
After completing her Family Nurse Practitioner Master's Degree from Maryville University, Heather opened Breckenridge Wellness Clinic with a commitment to compassionate, comprehensive family healthcare and specialized women's health and hormone balance.

Jesse — Co-Founder
Born and raised in Flagstaff, Jesse brings deep local roots and a diverse professional background to Breckenridge Wellness Clinic.
Having worn many hats across different industries, he is excited to take on this new challenge and help build a clinic centered around the needs of the local community.
His connection to Flagstaff and commitment to creating a positive patient experience are an important part of the clinic's vision.
