Our Story
Heather has been a nurse in Flagstaff since 2011, recently finishing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Maryville University (FNP).
Originally from Colorado to Arizona in the early 2000's, she has a wealth of knowledge in the medical field. Her dedication to her patients and pursuit of wellness is priority one.

Our Practitioner, Heather Breckenridge has been a registered nurse in Arizona for 14 years, working in the OR, ED, General bedside care and a Flight Nurse for 6 years of that period.
Recently completing her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Master Degree from Maryville Unoversity, she has now opened Breckenridge Wellness Clinic.
